Through successful participation in the WorkCover Premium Discount Scheme, ICC has demonstrated good management and a total commitment to the health and safety of all our employees and the communities in the areas in which we operate.

ICC recognises any hazard may endanger the safety and health of employees. For this reason, the company is proactive in all safety matters and provides formal written policies, procedures, and plans designed to eliminate hazards in the workplace before accidents occur. Employees at all levels are responsible for observing rules, following standard operating procedures and promoting safe work practices.

Since taking over ownership, the safety record at both ICC’s sites has dramatically improved and we continually strive to enforce and promote safety.
